
Mindfulness Movement (Ages 7–12) – 4-Week Summer Session
Slow down, breathe deep, and reset this summer. Mindfulness Movement gives dancers a chance to explore calming movement and simple poses that help them feel steady, strong, and centered.
With softly dimmed lights and guided breathing, students will learn how to relax their minds and bodies, improve balance and focus, and build quiet confidence. Each class blends gentle strength work, stretching, and grounding exercises to support overall well-being, all in a safe, welcoming space where kids can unwind and reconnect.
